In this confidential small group setting, you’ll develop
essential skills and tools for being more effective at work, whether you’re a formal or informal leader, manager, supervisor, or team member.
You’ll have a better sense of what really works to get the
most from yourself and the people around you and the confidence to do it.
Through a combination of demonstration, discussion, relevant exercises
and real-world practice, you’ll build the skills and competence you need to
make your work easier, even enjoyable again.
In between class sessions, you’ll work on strengthening your skills in
practical ways that you’ll be able to apply immediately to make your learning
even more applicable.
And all the way along, I’ll be right by your side supporting you and
giving you practical feedback as you go so you know you’re on the right track.
All classes will be recorded so
you won’t be behind if you have to miss a class.
