As those of you who follow this site might have noticed, there hasn't been a lot of posting as of late. Like, um, none.
Not a lot of posting, but no fear, gentle reader: there has been a lot of learning, growth, experimentation going on over here. Trying some new stuff on. Stretching and new skills being built.
And, definitely, doing some things that some said couldn't be done (including me, at times). Like building a successful individual and team coaching practice. I'm also now a certified organizational and relationship systems coach (ORSCC).
So: I'm back. I'm ready to rock and roll, rumble and tumble, about showing up authentically, being conscious and intentional as leaders and organizations with a mission. Let's go!
Before specializing as a professional coach in 2004, I spent more than a decade in leadership, management and program development for state and local government and non-profit organizations. Now I get to help leaders and teams have more clarity and ability to stand up for what's important in their work and in their organizations. Working with me, leaders and teams find more meaning and purpose, feel happier and more confident, navigate change and conflict, and work together better.
